About the foundation

We believe lasting change is made locally, by people who know their communities — and that it deserves support measured in years, not months.

Founded as a non-profit-oriented GmbH in Talheim, the Kinitzki Foundation works alongside schools, associations, cultural initiatives and individuals. We provide funding, connections and practical help so that good ideas can take root and keep growing on their own.

Where we focus

Three areas guide our support. Within each, we look for people with conviction and ideas that can last.

  • A mentor and a student reading together in a library

    Education

Scholarships, mentoring and learning projects that open doors for children, young people and adults alike.

  • Volunteers planting young trees on a green hillside

    Community & environment

Local initiatives that bring neighbours together and care for the landscape we share — from youth clubs to tree planting.

  • A small chamber music rehearsal in a timber-framed hall

    Arts & culture

Music, heritage and creative work that keep regional culture alive and make it accessible to everyone.

How we work with partners

Our process is simple and personal. We read every request and reply to every message.
